About Rachel Nightingale

Rachel Nightingale is senior counsel in Walker's corporate, finance, funds and insurance group. Rachel has a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory experience. Her practice involves advising clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and disposals and restructurings. She also advises on both private and public offerings, including on the Bermuda, London and New York stock exchanges. Rachel regularly acts for private equity houses, licensed insurance/reinsurance entities, fund administrators, financial institutions, investment managers, global fintech companies and start-up fintech venture companies.
