Shannon Dyer is a senior associate in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team at Walkers Bermuda. Shannon specialises in almost all classes of insurance/reinsurance business and advises regularly on matters that are both contentious and non-contentious. Shannon has particular experience in litigation and arbitration disputes but also advises on issues related to compliance, corporate governance and coverage. Shannon has acted for policyholders, cedants and reinsurers and has appeared in arbitrations in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Bermuda. Shannon is a regular contributor to legal and business publications and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Bermuda Branch), Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance, and JAMS UK.
