About Melanie Fullerton

Melanie Fullerton is a senior associate and leads Walkers' regulatory and risk advisory practice in Bermuda. Melanie advises on a wide range of Bermuda legal matters, including licensing applications for regulated financial institutions, change of control applications with the BMA that are required under the regulatory acts, and clients' obligations in relation to regulatory matters such as AML/ATF, international financial sanctions, data privacy and protection, beneficial ownership, exchange control and corporate governance matters. Melanie is a Certified Cyber Risk Officer of the International Cyber Threat Task Force and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
