Gabriela Saad Krieck of Carneiro de Oliveira Advogados has nearly ten years’ experience in legal assistance working with corporate and capital markets legislation. As a senior associate, Gabriela has wide experience in assisting corporations, their managers, and shareholders/investors, including in corporate governance and asset and succession planning matters. She is a law graduate from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School and has postgraduate degrees in corporate law at FGV Law SP, with an LLM from the Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris I University.
