About Érika Aguiar Carvalho Fleck

Érika Aguiar Carvalho Fleck has over 15 years’ experience in the corporate law and capital markets area and is a founding partner of Carneiro de Oliveira Advogados. She has co-ordinated and worked in large corporate reorganisation and M&A and has wide experience and knowledge in solving matters involving the corporate and capital market legislations, whether from the perspective of issuers of securities or of managers and investors. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance and has written articles for specialist publications in her areas of expertise.
