André de Luizi Correia
has been practising law for more than 25 years and is a founding partner of CFGS. He focuses on business arbitration and has represented some of Brazil’s largest construction companies and financial institutions, as well as some of the world’s major private equity firms and sovereign funds. His current portfolio includes billion-real cases regarding construction contracts, infrastructure, energy, financial services, and M&A. He is also recognised for his experience in the oil and gas industry. André received an LLM with honours in Business Law from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law (2014), and a Master’s Degree in Civil Procedural Law (1999) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (1995).
