About Sheilla Mokaya

Sheilla Mokaya is an associate in KN Law LLP's commercial department, specialising in transaction advisory, banking and finance, private equity, capital markets transactions, corporate governance and company secretarial services. She has served as an in-house counsel for a Kenyan bank and was involved in the due diligence review for the acquisition of Jamii Bora Bank Limited by the Co-operative Bank of Kenya. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society and the Institute of Certified Secretaries, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) finalist.
