Ritwik Bhattacharya is a principal associate in SAM & Co's competition law practice, with nine years of experience in this field. He has been involved in some of the most landmark merger control cases before the CCI, including ZF/WABCO, L&T/Schneider, PVR/DT Cinemas, Suzuki/Toyota, Facebook/Jio, Siemens Healthineers/Varian, HP/Samsung, Konecranes/Terex, OMERS/Azure and Capgemini/iGate. He has co-authored several competition law publications.
