About Kshitij Sharma

Kshitij Sharma is an associate with SAM & Co's competition law practice. He has advised national and international clients on all aspects of Indian competition law, with a specific emphasis on merger control, spanning a wide variety of business segments, including e-commerce, education, manufacturing, automotives, pharmaceuticals and financial services. He has been involved in a number of high-profile merger control cases before the CCI, including Reliance Retail/Future Group, ChrysCapital/Intas, ZF/WABCO, Aakash/BYJU’S, and Kubota/Escorts. He has co-authored several competition law publications.
