About Carlos Portilla

Carlos Portilla became a founder partner of Portilla, Ruy-Diaz y Aguilar, having previously worked for 28 years in one of the largest firms in Mexico. Since 2010, Carlos has been involved full time in the gaming industry and is a member and/or legal adviser of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers, International Masters of Gaming Law, the Mexican Gaming Industry Association and the Mexican Bar Association. He is also a member of the board of directors of ICC Mexico. He has been a legal consultant for numerous operators, permit holders, casino operators and suppliers of the gaming industry, and he is the author of various legal works on gaming law in Mexico.
