About Timothy Dickens

Timothy Dickens is a partner at DR & AJU LLC and mainly focuses on both commercial transactions and cross-border disputes. He practised at South Africa’s Lovius Block and London’s Linklaters before joining DR & AJU. His professional experience includes representing a Korean national footballer in his dispute against FIFA in relation to an anti-doping matter, and representing Hanjin Shipping on numerous disputes across various jurisdictions on its bankruptcy (ICC, SIAC and KCAB). With more than eight years of experience in South Korea, Timothy is able to advise both domestic and foreign companies on commercial issues and disputes.
