About Michael Gaveh

Michael Gaveh is a former partner at Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors (now ENS Africa Ghana), where he was the head of the Finance and Projects team. Before then, he had previously worked with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah and as in-house counsel for the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC). He had also served as an adjunct lecturer at the Central University College, where he taught company law. Michael is also currently an adjunct lecturer of contract law and international investment law at the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management Studies (GIMPA). Michael was called to the Ghana Bar in 1996. He has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in foreign direct investment, international trade and environment from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada. Michael has acquired extensive experience in finance, corporate and commercial, energy and project transactions, among others.
