About Yotta Pantoula-Bulmer

Yotta Pantoula-Bulmer is a senior legal expert and head of Hammouri & Partners' international department. Since 2010, her main areas of expertise are contract negotiations, M&A contractual advice and due diligence, company set-up, projects and cross-border trade advice. Yotta read law at the University of Law (UK) following a BA in Archaeology and a diverse professional career in the UK. She is multilingual (English, Greek, Italian, Spanish and French) and she is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the UIA and the Institute of Linguists (UK) – Lincolnshire Society. Her most recent M&A work relates to representing the seller in an international merger transaction in the industry of energy, which also included close collaboration with the seller’s counsel and the financial adviser in separate jurisdictions.
