About Omar Abu Ayyash

Omar Abu Ayyash is an associate, overseeing Hammouri & Partners' SMEs desk. He has been practising law for over seven years, with a focus on commercial and corporate work, SMEs, contract drafting and reviewing, M&A, and other legal fields. Omar holds an LLB from the University of West of England (UWE) in Bristol, UK, and an International Masters in Peace, Conflict and Development Studies, from Universitat Jaume I, Castellon de la Plana, Spain. His most recent M&A work relates to a major acquisition deal representing the seller – one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the MENA region – in a buy-out from a Fortune 500 company. Omar is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and advises clients in Arabic and English.
