About Khalid Mousa

Khalid Mousa is an associate and a team leader with a focus on general litigation work and dispute resolution. He has been practising law since 2013, after studying law at the University of Jordan and obtaining his LLM in Intellectual Property Law. He is active in the areas of litigation at all levels of Jordanian courts, including merger disputes, construction claims, arbitration, and enforcement of foreign judgments in Jordan. His most recent M&A work involved representing a major client in an enforcement of award case which included complex merger and inter-company activity aspects. Khalid is a member of the Jordan Bar Association.
