About Talita Sabatini Garcia

Talita Sabatini Garcia is the co-ordinator of the Legal Marketing & Advertising practice at Inglez, Werneck, Ramos, Cury e Françolin Advogados. She has a solid knowledge in her practice area, especially in the regulatory approval of sweepstakes, representation of clients in cases before the Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Council (CONAR) and advice regarding the use of influencers in advertising. She has over ten years’ experience acquired during her intensive career in the field, including experience in legal departments of important national and international companies. She is praised for uniting her academic and practical skills, presenting innovative solutions to clients. Talita is currently a Councillor at the Brazilian Licensing Association (ABRAL).
