About Peter Demick

Peter Demick is the lead partner in the Scotland Insurance and Professional Liability team at Kennedys. He has 20 years’ experience in dealing with the full range of insurance disputes. He represents insurers and self-insureds, with a particular focus on product liability claims across many sectors, as well as advising on the highest value and most complex injury claims. Peter is also a member of FOIL, sitting on several focus groups in recent years at the forefront of representing the industry in the course of important legal reforms, including the establishment of the Compulsory Pre-action Protocol and the Civil Litigation Bill.
