About Vishnu Sudarsan

Vishnu Sudarsan is a partner at JSA and a key member of the firm’s Infrastructure practice, with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions and regulatory and policy matters. He focuses on advising clients across different verticals, such as energy (power), communications (telecommunications and broadcasting), transport (surface transport including railways and metro systems), and urban infrastructure; and on issues such as corporate transactions (including joint ventures and M&A), project development, construction, engineering, infrastructure specialty contracting, regulatory issues, public procurement and public-private partnerships. Vishnu is presently on the panel of the Network for Certification and Conservation of Forests (NCCF) and has played a major role in the launch of Carbon Registry-India.
