About Osvaldo Madrigal Méndez

Osvaldo Madrigal Méndez is an associate and a member of the banking and finance department at Zürcher Odio & Raven. He has more than 15 years of practice, first in regulatory agencies and then advising public institutions and private companies. He is a consultant for international organisations such as UNDP and IADB, and specialises in financial law, stock markets law, regulation and TMT law. Osvaldo is a professor of Financial and Stock Market Law at ULACIT Postgraduate School, where he is also the editor in chief of the School of Law Academic Journal. He is also a member and a regular speaker for the Ibero-American Association of Regulatory Studies (ASIER).
