About Isabel Marinho

Isabel Marinho was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 1990 and is a founding partner of CSBA & Associados Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL. She holds posts as Deputy Secretary of State for Rural Development and Forestry at the Ministry of Agriculture, Deputy in the Office of the Minister for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, and Assistant to the Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs and the Secretary of State for Budget in the Ministry of Finance. Her main areas of practice are tax law, tax litigation, M&A and corporate restructuring, credit and insolvency recovery, agriculture, industry and environment and aviation law. Isabel is a regular contributor to publications.
