About Guy Gissin

Guy Gissin is the managing partner of Gissin & Co., Advocates. He specialises in insolvency, debt arrangements, capital market and commercial litigation. Guy has been involved in complex local and international debt arrangements and has been appointed personally by the court and creditors as an office holder in many insolvency cases. He was first to be appointed as Foreign Representative in a main proceedings conducted outside of Israel (Urbancorp Inc., a Canadian company that raised bonds in the Israeli capital market). So far, the creditors of Urbancorp have received over 75% of their debt - a highly unusual rate for such proceedings.
