About Kashimana Tsumba

Kashimana Tsumba is a partner at Foundation Chambers and oversees the maritime and energy team. She has been in commercial practice for 16 years. Her expertise cuts across offshore technology, shipping and admiralty, EPC contracts, port concessions and renewable energy. She advises process engineers, regulatory bodies and financial institutions in relation to contracts, licensing and regulatory matters. She advises on power purchase agreements and renewable energy projects, and reviews non-disclosure agreements and various service agreements. She is also proficient in litigation with respect to breach of contract and debt recovery proceedings. She is a member of the Women in Energy Group and the Energy Institute.
