About Daniel Tienda

Daniel Tienda is a partner and the head of Cases & Lacambra’s real estate practice in Spain. He has an extensive understanding of the real estate cycle in Spain, allowing him to provide bespoke legal advice to foreign investors in the Spanish market in cross-border transactions. Daniel acts mainly for hedge funds, family offices, private equity firms, developers and construction companies comprising acquisitions and divestments through share deals, asset deals and credit portfolios. His expertise includes a variety of real estate assets, such as land, residential buildings, offices and commercial spaces. He has broad expertise and focuses on the hospitality sector as well as the drafting and negotiation of all types of real estate contracts (leasing, construction, architectural and design, hotel management, finance and restructuring, etc), urban matters, planning and licensing with the public administration.
