About Monika Duszyńska

Monika Duszyńska is an advocate with 23 years of professional experience. She is currently the managing partner of Monika Duszyńska Kancelaria Adwokacka, and previously co-headed the life sciences practice in CEE at CMS Cameron McKenna. She advises on pharmaceutical advertising, clinical trials, distribution, compliance, reimbursement and intellectual property. She advises the Polish pharmaceutical industry’s chamber and patients’ organisations. Monika is a frequent lecturer at events and contributes to Łazarski University’s publications on early access to innovative medicines and access to the treatment of rare diseases.
