About Marcin Kolasiński

Marcin Kolasiński is the founder of Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński. He has extensive experience in competition and consumer protection, state aid, combating unfair competition, public procurement, compliance, product safety, legal issues in regulated sectors and corporate advice. Before founding the firm, he worked for the Office of the Committee for European Integration, where he was involved in implementing EU law into the Polish legal system. He then worked for the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, where he was Deputy Director of the Competition Department. At that time, he gained experience at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition.
