About Witold Sławiński

Witold Sławiński graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, and earned an LLM in international and comparative law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a partner at SDZLEGAL and an attorney-at-law at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, specialising in construction law, public procurement law and litigation, and is also an active member of the Public Procurement Law Association. Witold represents clients in court proceedings and proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber. He has expertise in providing legal advice on the implementation of major infrastructure projects involving public contracts for the construction of road infrastructure, power plants and stadiums. Witold also advises construction and engineering companies in infrastructure projects implemented under FIDIC contract conditions. He conducts seminars, trainings and workshops in the fields of construction law and public procurement law.
