About Carlo Impalà

Carlo Impalà is a partner at Morri Rossetti and head of the TMT and data protection department. He is a member of the Italian Bar and a certified Data Protection Officer. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, extraordinary corporate transactions, and the preparation and implementation of corporate governance and compliance models (in particular with reference to data protection law). He has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating national and international commercial agreements, with a specialisation in antitrust and regulatory profiles, mainly in the automotive, ICT, insurance, fashion, organised large-scale distribution and advertising sectors. Carlo is a member of national and international professional associations and working groups, and has written several publications on corporate law and corporate compliance.
