About Philipp Strasser

Philipp Strasser was a partner at Vavrovsky Heine Marth in Vienna. He resigned as a partner/attorney-at-law in this company as of 31 December 2021 and founded his own law firm Strasser Haindl Meyer Rechtsanwälte as of 1 January 2022. He is one of the most seasoned (re)insurance law specialists in Austria. Many of the largest insurers in the world trust Philipp’s expertise in complex insurance litigation and as monitoring counsel in major loss matters. They also rely on his skills with regard to product development, conduct of business and regulatory issues. A graduate of the University of Innsbruck, Philipp is certified as a corporate compliance officer according to the Austrian standard.
