About Salvatore Sanzo

Salvatore Sanzo is a partner at LCA Studio Legale and specialises in civil and ordinary litigation and arbitration in the field of corporate, restructuring and bankruptcy law, as well as providing legal advice to businesses in crisis. He also works as a bankruptcy liquidator and commissioner in major national and international insolvency procedures, appointed by various national courts, and as a crisis manager in over-indebtedness procedures. He was recently appointed by the Ministry of Justice as a member of the advisory committee for the revision of the Italian Business Crisis Code. Salvatore is very active in the legal education area. He is the co-author of "Commentario Pratico al Regolamento della Camera Arbitrale di Milano", published in 2021.
