About César Ramos

César Ramos is a distinguished attorney in the area of white-collar crime. He has broad experience designing legal strategies and providing clients with legal counsel and representation in highly complex cases with a high public profile. In addition to his experience in criminal litigation, he has also worked for the Studies Department of the Public Criminal Defence Service and the Justice Ministry’s Legal Division. He has sat on technical and legislative advice commissions pertaining to criminal matters and criminal procedure, including the Criminal Procedures Code Reform Commission convened by the Justice Ministry in 2018. In addition, Mr Ramos is a professor in criminal law at Universidad Diego Portales Law School.
