About Philip ter Burg

Philip ter Burg completed his studies in Dutch law (business law) at Leiden University in 1988 and received a postgraduate qualification (LLM) in international business law from Queen Mary College, University of London (1989). He specialises in international trade, intellectual property and litigation, and has a wealth of experience in (inter)national litigation, representing companies with regard to distribution and agency agreements. Philip is a partner at BUREN and a member of the IBA, the Dutch Transport Law Association and the Corporate Litigation Association, and a former board member of the International Trade Chapter of the Dutch Bar Association.
