About Friederike Henke

Friederike Henke read law in Maastricht (the Netherlands) and Saarbrücken (Germany), and has been a lawyer in the Netherlands since 2006. In 2010, she was admitted to the German Bar, following which she joined the Cologne Bar as Rechtsanwältin. She specialises in (international) corporate law, M&A, financing, reorganisations and restructurings. Friederike advises both multinationals and mid-sized companies in (international) transactions and procedures, and in their daily legal work. She is a member of the German-Dutch Attorneys Association, the Dutch chapter of the German lawyers association (DAV Niederlande) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
