About Epke Spijkerman

Epke Spijkerman graduated in Dutch law from Leiden University in 2000 and completed the Post-Academic Course Employment Law (PALA) at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2008. He joined BUREN in 2020, as a partner. Epke specialises in employment and the employee participation law aspects of (international) M&A, business transfers, reorganisations and dismissal proceedings (collective and individual). He has extensive experience in advising and litigating for national and international companies, including listed multinationals. Epke is a member of the European Employment Lawyer Association, the Amsterdam Employment Lawyers Association, the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association, the Employment Law Association and the Association for Sport and Law.
