Varun Lamba is a partner in the Delhi office of AZB & Partners, specialising in litigation and white-collar issues, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, e-commerce and information technology and general corporate matters. Having over 12 years of experience, he advises and represents both domestic and transnational companies as well as individuals on matters relating to money laundering, exchange control violations, foreign investments into India, corporate restructuring and shareholder disputes. Currently, he is handling white collar litigation for a Big Four firm and the Indian arm of a US traded investment management company, and his key clientele includes telecom service provider and instant messaging service provider.
