About Marcin Serafin

Marcin Serafin is a partner responsible for privacy practice, and is head of Maruta Wachta's personal data protection team. He specialises in personal data protection law and new technologies law. Marcin has advised on the largest projects in the IT, telecommunications, finance and industry sectors, helping IT departments implement strategic projects effectively. He has supervised GDPR projects for over 140 organisations. From 2013 to 2014, Marcin was Google's public policy and government relations manager for the CEE region.
