About Tri Tran

Tri Tran is an associate of LNT & Partners and a member of the corporate and M&A practice group. Having practised law since 2018, focusing on the corporate and M&A areas, Tri has assisted in many M&A transactions for multinational companies and investors. He also advises clients on antitrust and tech-related legal aspects. Before joining LNT & Partners, Tri earned his LL.B. from Ho Chi Minh University of Law and spent two years working at another top-tier law firm.
