About Dang Thuy Linh

Dang Thuy Linh has more than six years work experience in legal advisory and nearly four years working as an investment consultant in Japanese consulting companies. During her time at LNT & Partners, Linh has successfully consulted and assisted a number of domestic and foreign clients in major transactions relating to direct investment and M&A. She has also been a key member of loss, damage and destruction (LDD) team conducting due diligence on domestic and multinational companies, advising on investment structure and daily business operation including contracts, labour and tax issues.
