About Brenda Floissac Fleming

Brenda Floissac Fleming is the senior partner of Floissac Fleming & Associates. Having been admitted to the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn, one of the four Inns of Court in London, in 1985 and then called to the Saint Lucia Bar in 1986, Brenda enjoys over 30 years in private practice. Although she is the head of the firm's trade mark practice group, her practice also comprises, amongst others, banking, property, and mergers and acquisitions. Brenda is the honorary consul for Chile and a member of the International Trademark Association and the Intellectual Property Caribbean Association.
