About Filipe Fonteles Cabral

Filipe Fonteles Cabral is a partner with Dannemann Siemsen, who has practised law for 26 years. Filipe graduated in Law (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), obtained a master's degree and is currently engaged in a PhD programme (State University of Rio de Janeiro), conducting research in artificial intelligence. He is the author of the book Personal Data Protection in Corporate Activities (2019), which is recommended by the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice. Filipe is a former co-chair of the IAPP's KnowledgeNet and is a member of the Council at the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association. His work has been recognised by Chambers, among other international rankings.
