Dr Kilian Schärli is a partner and co-head of MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep’s regulatory, fintech and DLT practice group and of MLLStart!. He works with domestic and international clients in the technology, industrial and internet sectors. He specialises in the fields of blockchain technology, intellectual property, licensing and distribution. He has particular expertise in commercial and transactional work relating to these fields. Kilian is also a notary public in Zug.
