About Sean Garrison

Sean Garrison is partner of Bacal & Garrison Law Group. He received his law degree from Columbia University in 1992. He has nearly 30 years of experience counselling and representing clients in numerous areas of intellectual property, with a focus in trade mark law. He handles litigation, clearance and prosecution, licensing, and other general IP matters. He is actively involved in the International Trademark Association and American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). He currently serves as the Chair of the Trademark Law Committee for AIPLA. His extensive litigation experience includes prevailing for his clients in two of the earliest Accelerated Case Resolution (ACR) decisions issued by the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
