About Wan Jia

Wan Jia focuses her practice on insurance disputes, complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Ms Wan has successfully represented clients in the insurance sector in a variety of insurance disputes, including insurance claims disputes, insurers’ subrogation disputes, insurance fund utilisation, etc. Besides representing clients in domestic litigation matters before PRC courts, Ms Wan has handled domestic and international arbitration matters before numerous leading arbitral institutions. She has been admitted as a lawyer both in the State of New York in the USA and in the PRC.
