About Vanessa Bouchara

Vanessa Bouchara is the founding partner of Cabinet Bouchara. She specialises in intellectual property (IP) law and information technology law. Vanessa holds a specialty certificate in IP law and IT law. She studied intellectual property law and information technology law at the University of Paris Panthéon Assas and at the University of Queen Mary and Westfield College, London. Admitted to the Paris Bar, she is a member of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – Association of Practitioners of Trademarks and Design Law), INTA (International Trademark Association) and FFF (Fédération Française de la Franchise – French Franchise Federation). She has written and published many articles on intellectual property matters.
