About Daniela Sousa Marques

Daniela Sousa Marques joined Morais Leitão in September 2015. She is a member of the employment and pensions team, working on behalf of several companies, both national and foreign. She provides day-to-day consultancy in all areas of employment and social security law, in relation to both individual and collective employment relationships, as well as social security matters. She acts as legal counsel for several clients in labour and social security litigation. Daniela has experience in consultancy and international and cross-border transactions related to the jurisdictions of Portuguese-speaking countries. She also participates in conferences related to employment law.
