About Catarina Levy Osório

Catarina Levy Osório is a founding partner at ALC Advogados and also a partner at Morais Leitão, and a member of the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Associations. Catarina has relevant experience in Angolan law, advising clients on corporate, private investment, tax and labour law. She also participates in M&A projects, and is frequently involved in banking and finance, handling various types of financing operations, and related foreign exchange matters. Previously, Catarina worked as a tax consultant in another law firm and a major international consulting firm, providing assistance to clients from different sectors on VAT and other indirect tax matters, acquiring experience in the development of tax diagnostics and the implementation of corporate structures following their tax impacts.
