Sadia Soodeen is a legal executive at Bowmans Mauritius where she advises clients on investment funds, regulatory, corporate and commercial law matters. Her previous experience includes working for PwC Legal, a Mauritius law firm within the PwC network of firms, where she was a member of the corporate mergers and acquisitions teams, which specialised in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring, cross-border corporate and commercial transactions, and financial services. Her academic background includes a law degree at the University of Hertfordshire, a masters in international corporate finance from the University of Reading, as well as a Bar Professional Training Course from Manchester Metropolitan University.
