About Fazil Hossenkhan

Fazil Hossenkhan is the managing partner of Bowmans Mauritius office. As a corporate and funds lawyer, he has extensive experience in investment funds, private equity and corporate law. Prior to joining Bowmans, he was the founding partner of FirmWise, a practice-focused corporate law firm. His previous experience includes leading the Funds and Financial Services Practice of a well-known business law firm in Mauritius. Furthermore, he has served as the general counsel of the Mauritius Financial Services Commission, where he was heavily involved in the development and implementation of the regulatory regime for investment funds, financial services and capital markets in Mauritius.
