About Fernando A. Martín Martín

Fernando A. Martín Martín is the head of Loyra's litigation, compliance and regulatory sectors areas. He has more than 23 years of legal experience, with considerable expertise in the areas of litigation and dispute resolution, defending clients in all procedures relating to civil, criminal and administrative litigation; corporate compliance and AML/CTF, drafting programmes and procedures of compliance and monitoring their implementation; and administrative and public law, particularly focused on regulated sectors (gambling and life sciences). He has worked for important European companies in the gambling and cannabis sectors, conducting due diligence and compliance with Spanish regulations. He has a degree in law, a Master's degree in corporate legal advisory and corporate law from the University of Navarra, and a specialisation in litigation procedures from the UNED. Fernando has been a member of the Madrid Bar since 1997.
