About Stella Strati

Stella Strati is the Corporate Finance, Tax and Private Client Partner of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC and the Deputy CEO of Pagecorp Group, affiliated with the law firm through common ownership. Stella provides specialised legal advice regarding all taxation matters involving M&A, corporate restructurings and reorganisations. She has completed the Advance Diploma in International Tax of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), is an International Tax Affiliate of CIOT and is a member of STEP and the IBA. Additionally, she led Pagecorp Group to becoming the Tax (Private Client) member of IR Global and was the National Reporter for Cyprus of the Taxes Committee of the IBA until 2017.
