About Nele Jonckers

Nele Jonckers is a member of Quinz’s expert panel on healthcare compliance, which mainly tackles questions on the promotion of drug products and medical devices, on interactions with HCPs/HCOs (including transfers of value and compliance-related agreements such as sponsorship, grant, donation, speaker and consultancy agreements) and on patient support programmes. Nele regularly provides regulatory support on questions related to the commercial launch of drug products. Recent assignments include advice in respect of (marketing) authorisation procedures (both in Belgium and before the EMA) and on pricing and reimbursement issues (in Belgium).
